Leon Isaacs (IAMTN)

Leon Isaacs is a Chief Executive of Developing Markets Associates (DMA); a firm that  specialises in consultancy services in and around the international remittance market. Leon is acknowledged as one of the world’s leading private sector experts on remittances.  Aside from his role at DMA, Leon is also Managing Director of the International Association of Money Transfer Networks (IAMTN).  Leon’s role includes liaising with international regulators, technology companies, consumers and all stakeholders who have an interest in the remittance market. Leon is also a member of the Steering Group of the UK Remittances Task Force and sits on the Consultative Committee of the World Bank G8 Public Private Partnership on remittances.

Prior to establishing DMA, Leon worked for 15 years at a senior level for a number of international money transfer companies including MoneyGram, Travelex Thomas Cook and Coinstar.  At these companies he was very involved in developing the strategic direction of the businesses as Commercial and Marketing Director.
